Ms. Dharamshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that although the order is dated 1st August 2025, till date the said ‘C’ Summary Report has not been disposed of. 5. Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of the said ‘C’ Summary Report filed in Misc. Case No. Misc/4704469/2023 on or before 28th February 2027. 6.
