SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BALJINDER SINGH SANDHU (through VC) Order 27/05/2026 The challenge in this appeal is to the general observations made by the learned Single Judge. The very heading general observations reflect that the learned Single Judge has not reached to any conclusion and hence, simply asked the CBSE authorities and the State Government to conduct inspection of the school qua (2 of 2) [SAW-574/2026] the fee determination issue. The number of students take under the RTE policy and the reservation granted and other issues which are in relation to the list raised before him. The case has been kept for hearing again on 09.07.2026, however the present appeal has been filed and the counsel submits that the CBSE affiliation would not in any manner be of the CBSE having control on the private institutions. We find that so far as the directions issued by the learned Single Judge are concerned, they are only to aid him for reaching to proper conclusion and the same cannot be said to be affecting the appellant in any manner. We expect the appellant to co-operate with regard to the directions issued so that correct reservation of the disputes can be made by the learned Single Judge. In view thereof, no case for interference is made out. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed. (BALJINDER SINGH SANDHU),J (SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA),ACTING CJ 190/jatin/415
