J DILEEP KUMAR The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1941 of 2026 ORDER: This Court, vide order dated 19.08.2025 in W.P.No.21746 of 2025, directed the concerned respondents therein to consider the F-Line application bearing No.FSNV012500717737, dated 26.04.2025, submitted by the petitioner for conducting a survey, sub-division and fixing of boundaries of the petitioner’s land, by issuing notice to all concerned\ interested persons, and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. 2. The Tahsildar issued proceedings dated19.10.2025, disposing the F- Line application, inter alia, observed that further action would be taken to delete entries recorded in the name of Smt.Maligireddy Anitharani (writ petitioner) for an extent of Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.171\1A9A of Santhamagulur Village vide Khata No.2226, after obtaining orders from the Joint Collector and Additional District Magistrate, Bapatla District, Bapatla. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner raised an objection for recording the above endorsement stating that this Court had only directed the respondent to consider F-Line application and that the observations made in the aforesaid proceedings come in the way of the petitioner. 4. The respondent-Tahsildar issued a fresh order dated 13.08.2026, after reviewing the previous proceedings dated 19.10.2025, and duly rejected the petitioner’s F-line application to conduct survey, deleting the endorsement/observation made in the previous order dated 19.10.2025. 3 5. As the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, nothing remains the contempt case to adjudicate further. 6. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection order, she is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
