By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to Opposite Party No.3 to register the complaint lodged by the Petitioner on 04.11.2025. 3. The complaint having not been considered, the matter was brought before the Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur, but of no avail. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State, it is directed that the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. the IIC, Tirtol P.S. shall examine the complaint of the Petitioner dated 04.11.2025 and in the event the report reveals a cognizable offence to register the complaint as FIR and to proceed in accordance with law for investigation. 5.
