The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing in Karapakkam, Chennai, and is taking care of her son, who is studying in the 12th standard, and whose final examinations are going to commence shortly. Hence, the petitioner prays for modification of the said condition. 3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23499 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025 is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report and sign before the Inspector of Police, Karappakkam Police Station, Chennai, for two Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.” 4.
