Allow this Criminal Petition and direct the learned Trial Court in S.C.No.24/2016 and S.C.No.39/2019 pending on the file of Learned IV Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Dakshin Kannada, Mangaluru, for the offences punishable u/s.143, 147, 148, 149, 302 of IPC, 1860 to be concluded within an outer limit not later than 3 months, in the interest of justice and equity. c. Grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2.
