Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- 10.1 Call for the entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal of this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to grant FBF (Family Welfare Benefits), GPF & 10% Gratuity to the petitioner. This Hon’ble Court be further pleased to direct the respondents to grant full pension after final fixation to the petitioner. The respondents be further directed to grant all other dues and benefits to the petitioner which he is entitled to get as per the letter dated 02.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) within such time bound period as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to pay 8% interest on delayed payment of the retiral dues to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.4 This Hon’ble Court be further pleased to pass such other order(s) or direction(s), as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioner against the respondents 3 / 3 including the costs of the petition under the facts and in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner retired from his service after attaining age of superannuation on 31.07.2025. After retirement respondent no. 3 wrote letter to respondent no. 1 mentioning that no recovery proceedings is pending, no departmental enquiry is pending and no incident happened. having the effect on pension directly or indirectly, no case is pending against petitioner before any Court and there is no objection in the report against petitioner. Letter issued on 02.12.2025 it is apparent that retiral dues has not been finalized till date. 3. In the aforementioned facts of the case respondent no. 1 and 2 are directed to proceed further and to pay the entire retiral dues keeping in mind the letter dated 02.12.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of the order, if no other impediment is there. 4.
