Side) (For R3) O R D E R W.M.P.No.16770 of 2026 filed seeking permission to the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition is ordered on payment of separate court fee. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioners is owned by them, based on their representation, dated 06.03.2026, with the assistance of the 3rd respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3. The petitioners have submitted representation on 06.03.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent. 5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 1 and 2 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
