ORDER:
This Court, vide order dated 04.11.2025 disposed of W.P.No.29221 of 2025, directing the respondents to grant interim release/interim custody of the black jaggery seized in Crime No.121 of 2022, dated 02.06.2022, of Vetapalem Police Station, Prakasam District.
2. The respondents have filed counter-affidavit enclosing the receipt issued by the contempt petitioner. The receipt indicates that the petitioner has received entire seized black jaggery. In the receipt instead of year 2025, it was typed as year 2026.
3. In view of the receipt issued by the petitioner, the respondents have complied with the orders of this Court.
4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. There shall be no
order as to costs.
Consequently, interlocutory applications, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
