JUSTICE MRIDUL KUMAR KALITA O r d e r 22.06.2026 [1] Heard Ms. H. Lalmalsawmi, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. Also heard Mr. C. Zoramchhana, the learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No. 2. [2] This interlocutory application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, praying for allowing the applicant/petitioner to amend the instant revision petition for rectifying certain typographical and clerical errors, which have crept in the prayer portion of the said petition. [3] The prayer is not objected to by the learned counsel for the other side. [4] Hence, same is allowed. [5] The applicant/petitioner is allowed to submit the rectified/amendment revision petition before the next Page No.# 3/3 date fixed. [6] It also appears that the connected revision petition No. 04/2025, though it was heard at length, however, by order dated 30.04.2026, a query was posed by this court as to whether the revision petition is barred by Section 442(4) of BNSS, 2023 and as the said question was not addressed by any of the counsel at that point of time. The matter was fixed for hearing again. Though, it also appears that the matter was not kept as part-heard, however, a co-ordinate bench of this court, by its order dated 12.05.2026, directed it to be listed before the undersigned (Mridul Kumar Kalita, J). It is clarified herein that the matter was not kept as part- heard by this court, however, so as to avoid any confusion in this regard, this matter is released from the part-heard and Registry may list the same before any appropriate bench available in the Aizawl bench of the Gauhati High Court. [7] List this matter again after 2(two) weeks, on a date to be fixed by the Registry. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
