JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 4 09-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned Spl.P.P. for the Vigilance. 2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner got employment 10 years back on the basis of forged documents. It has further been stated that on enquiry it was found that the documents used by the petitioner at the time of employment were fraudulent. 4. Learned Spl.P.P. for the Vigilance has also stated that the petitioner has been terminated from service. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 261 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani. durgesh/- (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) U T
