2/16.01.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioners and
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 132/2025, under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), (3) of Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties on the allegation that certain amount has been taken by the informant side and for recovery of the said amount, the petitioners have filed money suit and thereafter the altercation took place and both the sides have received the injury.

Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that the allegation of assault is there.

5. Considering that there are case and counter case between both the sides and both the sides have received the injury, petitioners have filed money suit for recovery of the money and for that the altercation took place, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Chatra, in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No. 132/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
2023.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
