According to the petitioner, the surgery is fixed to be done on 30.01.2026. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the petitioner is not even admitted into the hospital. She is sleeping in her house. She also did not inform anything to the person to examine her. 4.
