Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent- Banasthali Vidyapith has undertaken that the respondent- University will release and return the original documents, as sought by the petitioners, within a period of 10 days.
2. Taking note of the aforesaid submission, this Court observes that the lis and grievance agitated in the present writ petition no longer survive.

3. In light of the aforesaid submissions and observations, the present writ petition is allowed with directions to the respondents to release the documents, as sought for, within a period of 10 days from the date of passing of this order.
4. It is made clear that if the above-stated facts are otherwise, the petitioners will be at liberty to revive the present petition.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed.
