Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with Capital P.S. Case No.432 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.4034 of 2021 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar on the grounds stated therein. 3. Considering the bail order as at Annexure-2 and submissions of learned counsels for the respective parties with reference to the F.I.R. i.e. Annexure-1 and that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in 2021 and recently in 2025, this Court is not inclined to reconsider any such plea of pre- arrest bail, but is of the view that he should surrender before the learned court below seeking regular bail pleading parity. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. p. 2 5. In the result, ABLAPL is disposed of. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders within fortnight from today before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in connection with Capital P.S. Case No.432 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.4034 of 2021 and moves an application for regular bail, it shall be duly considered in the first hour and in case of rejection, he shall approach the Sessions Court during the second hour for orders on the same day itself considering his plea of parity. 6.
