Prakash Shetty, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. A memo has been filed along with a copy of the receipt dated 21.03.2020 showing the deposit in a sum of Rs.3,18,000/- and another receipt dated 04.01.2019 in a sum of Rs.2,12,000/-. As such, in all, a sum of Rs.5,30,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner towards the fine amount. 3. After addressing the arguments for some time, counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo. Contents of the memo reads as under : "The petitioner herein files memo that the balance amount of Rs.5,05,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Five Thousand) to be paid in three installments 15th May-2026, 15th June-2026, 15th July-2026, to be deposited by the petitioner as agreed in the ends of justice and equity" 4. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification. 7.
