HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22808 CRL.RP No. 1308 of 2019 ORAL ORDER Heard Sri. K. Srinivasa, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Prakash Shetty, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. A memo has been filed along with a copy of the receipt dated 21.03.2020 showing the deposit in a sum of Rs.3,18,000/- and another receipt dated 04.01.2019 in a sum of Rs.2,12,000/-. As such, in all, a sum of Rs.5,30,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner towards the fine amount.
3. After addressing the arguments for some time, counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo. Contents of the memo reads as under :
"The petitioner herein files memo that the balance amount of Rs.5,05,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Five Thousand) to be paid in three installments 15th May-2026, 15th June-2026, 15th July-2026, to be deposited by the petitioner as agreed in the ends of justice and equity"
4. Counsel for the respondents has endorsed "no objection" on the said memo.
5. Placing the memo on record, the petition stands
disposed of.

6. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
