The present writ petition has been filed with an innocuous prayer that the suit which is pending since 2023 may be ordered to be decided as early as possible or within a certain time frame. Considering the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2023, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible, without giving preference to the present suit over any suit pending prior to the year 2023. However, if no suit instituted prior to 2023 is pending, the learned Trial Court shall give preference to the present case. 4. Accordingly, the present Civil Writ Petition stands disposed of. 5.
