Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for six and a half months and the incident occurred after 13 years of marriage. It has been submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the charges and he has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the post mortem report which alleges that the manner of death is homicidal. Having considered the same, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Petitioner be well advised to approach this Court after the evidence of post mortem doctor is over. To that effect, 2 learned Trial Court would prepone the evidence of the doctor so that his evidence be completed within a period of four months from the date of the charges having been framed. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 318 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
