The said memo of terms of compromise dated 04.08.2026 indicates that the unofficial respondents have paid an amount of Rs.8,00,000/- to the writ petitioners herein for allowing the 7th respondent to be appointed on compassionate grounds and also to claim pensionary and retirement benefits to the 8th respondent and the writ petitioners shall not claim appointment on compassionate grounds and retirement benefits of the deceased employee. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Office is directed to attach a copy of terms of compromise dated 04.08.2026 to this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
