ORDER:
The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner/defendant No.2 seeking a direction to the learned trial Court for early disposal of O.S.No.43 of 2023, on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Mydukur, filed by the respondents 1 & 2/plaintiffs seeking declaration of right and title over the plaint schedule property and placed reliance on Judicial Notification No.3/SO/2016 issued by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 15.06.2016.
2. According to Rule 3 of the said notification, cases pertaining to partition, declaration, specific performance, possession, mandatory injunction, appeals, damages, easements, trade marks, copy rights, patents and intellectual property rights, shall be disposed of within 24 months from the date of appearance or deemed appearance of the defendant-respondent in the proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite lapse of three years, there is no progress in the case. Therefore, learned counsel prayed to direct the learned trial Court for disposal of the suit expeditiously.
4. In view of the said submissions, the present Civil Revision Petition is
disposed of directing the learned trial Court to make an endeavour for early disposal of suit, in accordance with law, basing upon the seniority of pending cases. There shall be no order as to costs.
