Lalnunsanga, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 to 6. This Interlocutory Application under Order 1 Rule 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure is preferred by the applicant for impleadment of one Sh. David lalthlamuana as respondent No. 7, Sh. H. Lalruatfela as respondent No. 8 and Sh. Lalremruata as respondent No. 9 and Smt. H. Vanlalhruaii as respondent No. 10 in WP(C) No. 68/2026. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Interlocutory Application is preferred as per direction of this Court in the Order dated 04.06.2026, and as such, he has contended to allow this Interlocutory Application for impleadment of the aforementioned persons as respondent Nos. 7, 8, 9 & 10, in WP(C) No. 68/2026. Page No.# 11/11 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have no objection in allowing this application. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of the learned counsels for both the parties, this Interlocutory Application stands allowed. Sh. David Lalthlamuana, Sh. H. Lalruatfela, Sh. Lalremruata and Smt. H. Vanlalhruaii shall be impleaded as respondent Nos. 7, 8, 9 & 10 in WP(C) No. 68/2026. In view of the order passed in this Interlocutory Application, the petitioner shall file an amended cause title of WP(C) No. 68/2026 within a period of 1 (one) week from today.
