M RAVIKUMAR The Court made the following: RC,J W.P.No.19152 of 2026 3 ORDER This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Banks in not returning the original title deeds deposited with the banks for obtaining loans by creation of mortgage even after completely discharging the loan amount. 2. Heard Ms. Jami Madhavi, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri M.Ravi Kumar, learned Standing counsel for respondent banks and Sri P.S.P.Suresh Kumar, learned Special Public Prosecutor for Central Bureau of Investigation. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent banks and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for Central Bureau of Investigation, submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders passed in W.P.No.19501 of 2025 & batch and prayed to pass similar orders. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of for the self same reasons given in W.P.No.19501 of 2025 & batch, directing the respondent bank to take steps by filing appropriate applications/petitions before the concerned Court for release of the original title deeds with a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such, the RC,J W.P.No.19152 of 2026 4 concerned court shall dispose of the application on merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
