Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “That respondent may kindly be directed to consider the case of petitioner for granting the two additional increments on completion of 20 years of 1 Petitioner has worked with Respondent corporation service by taking into consideration the fact that on the same post of conductor for 36 years. ii. That the Impugned Office order of rejection dated 05.12.2022 (Annexure P-7) may kindly be quashed and set aside.” 2. Respondents have also filed the reply to the petition. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record office letter dated 20.12.2025 issued from respondent No.1 to its various offices across the State on the subject “Grant of two additional increments on completion of 20 years of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:18594 regular service by Conductors-Consolidated instructions.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the consolidated instructions contained in the office letter dated 20.12.2025, take care the grievances of the petitioner, so respondents be directed to consider the case of the petitioner afresh for grant of two additional increments on completion of 20 years of service in terms of consolidated instructions dated 20.12.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents is also agreeable to the above instructions. 6. In view of the above, impugned Office Order dated 05.12.2022 (Annexure P-7) is quashed and set aside. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of relief prayed by him in light of consolidated instructions dated 20.12.2025. This exercise be carried out within a period of six weeks from today. The order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner. 7.
