It is submitted that the charge sheet has been submitted vide Charge- Sheet No. 101/2026 dated 12.05.2026, under Section 61/191(3)/126(2)/117 of BNS. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court and apply for regular bail. 4. Accordingly, the present AB is disposed of with the observation that in the event of the petitioner appearing before the learned Trial Court had applying for bail, the same be considered as per law. Till then, it is provided that the petitioner in the event of his arrest shall be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority. It is further provided that the petitioner shall appear before the I/O within a period of 15 days from today and the interim protection granted shall remain in force till the said period of 15 days or till his appearance, whichever is earlier. 5.
