1. The exception to the report filed by the respondent No.7 is taken on record.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved that inspite of making two applications for Child Care Leave, she had not been granted such leave. However, during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been granted leave for the second application, which is between April 26, 2025 and May 10, 2025.
3. The petitioner’s grievance has been redressed. However, the first application pertaining to the period from February 5, 2025 till February 22, 2025 to attend her daughter in Class V, taking her examination has presently become redundant.

4. However, the petitioner submits that she has made further application and the same is pending consideration.
5. The concerned authorities are directed to dispose of any application of the petitioner in the light of the Memorandum No. 1364-F(P) dated February 15, 2012 as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
7. Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.
8. There shall be no order as to costs.
9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
