No. 64/2021 for o昀昀ences under Sections 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act and Section 63 of the Copy Right Act. 3 At the outset, Mr. Anuroop Panda, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the trial is in progress and the evidence of the prosecution witnesses is being recorded, he does not want to press this petition and prays for withdrawal of this petition. 4 Learned counsel appearing for other side does not have any objection. 5 In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
