The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, along with other accused, were involved in the illegal selling of government-banned lottery tickets, including Kerala lottery tickets. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submitted that the co-accused in this case granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 06.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5164 of 2026. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and he is ready to cooperate with the investigation. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 6. From the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner has got four previous cases. Considering the nature of the allegation against this petitioner and considering his past conduct, this Court is of the firm view that, as and when the petitioner was enlarged on bail, he subverted the justice and misused the liberty. Hence, he does not deserve anticipatory bail. 7.
