The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A.No. 8780/2025 on 05.12.2025. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a discrepancy in the F.S.L. report as the quantity of opium which was recovered from the possession of the petitioner was not marked. 4. Learned Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2025 and the charge has already been framed. 5. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the petitioner has got one antecedent under the N.D.P.S. Act. 6. Regard being had to the fact that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected very recently, I am not inclined to reconsider his prayer for bail which stands rejected once again at this stage.
