Page No.# 2/2 Ajmal Pear Ali, who have filed this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as they are willing to appear before the Trial Court and face the trial.
2. It is submitted that during investigation, they were unable to participate in the investigation, but the petitioners are willing to cooperate with the trial.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. K.K. Das has raised objection, stating that they are not entitled to anticipatory bail considering the gravity and the heinousness of the offence.
4. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. As the petitioners are willing to cooperate with the trial, the petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the Jurisdictional Court/Illaqa Magistrate and apply for bail which may be considered by the Court in accordance with law.
5. In terms of the above observation, this Anticipatory Bail application stands
disposed of.
