None appears on behalf of the State. 3. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 189 of 2025. 4. The petitioner and two other persons were apprehended by the Police from a scooty and opium were recovered from their possession. 5. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that 1.510 k.g. of opium was recovered from the possession of the petitioner which is an intermediary quantity. 6. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.11.2025. 7. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS cases Chatra in connection with Hunterganj P.S.
