2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No.148 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 329(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is student of B.Tech (Computer Science), 2nd year in Ramgarh Engineering College and the informant is also student of B.Tech 1st year in Ramgarh Engineering College and free fighting has been made between the students with regard to dress. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.10 of the petition. He then submits that other students, who were also made accused, have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABA

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that free fight has been made in the college campus itself.

Learned counsel appearing for the Informant submits that now a good sense has prevailed between the petitioner and the informant and the informant has compromised the matter.

Considering that in identical situation co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid ABAs and the petitioner and informant are students of Ramgarh Engineering College and further compromise has been made between the informant and the accused persons, who are the students, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Rajrappa P.S. Case No.148 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
