Vide order dated 15.05.2026 passed in AB/521/2026, the applicant was granted interim bail and he was directed to appear before the I.O. within one week but the petitioner applicant was unable to appear before the I.O. as NBWA and P & A was issued against him. 3. Learned Addl.Public Prosecutor Mr.K.K. Parashar is present for the State respondent and Ms. M.K. Brown, learned Legal Aid Counsel is present for the respondent No.2. 4. The prayer of the applicant is allowed and the applicant is given another one week’s time to appear before the I.O. and co-operate with the investigation and to abide by the terms and conditions imposed upon him vide order dated 15.05.2026 in connection with AB No.521/2026. 5. In terms of the above observation, the interlocutory application is disposed of. 6. This order shall form part of the order dated 15.05.2026 passed in the connected AB/521/2026.
