The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Potka P.S. Case No.64 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 189(1), 189(2), 190, 132, 127(2) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to road accident, the agitation was being made by 40-50 persons and there are general and omnibus allegations of blocking the road against this petitioner and others. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 19 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of blocking the road. 5. Considering that due to road accident, the agitation was being made by 40 to 50 persons and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in Para 19 of the petition, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:670 2 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Potka P.S. Case No.64 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
