Mr. Antarikhya Basu Ms. Sanjida Sultana. …for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the present petitioner. Having considered that the other accused have been granted bail and the petitioner is almost similarly situated as the accused person who has been granted bail in CRM(NDPS) 214 of 2026, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner in spite of the objections raised by the State. It has been also informed that the petitioner is custody for more than 2½ months. Accordingly, petitioner, namely, Chhotka @ Chhoton Ghosh shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of 2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Judge, Special Court, under NDPS Act-cum-learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court at Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur. If on bail, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date fixed by the learned trial court and shall not leave the district of Dakshin Dinajpur without prior permission of the learned special court. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 319 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
