When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions dated 8 24.06.2024 of the Station House Officer, Korisapadu Police Station, Bapatla District, submits that police have filed FIR in Crime No.38 of 2024 against the petitioner under Sections 341 and 323 of IPC. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home further submits that MC No.18 of 2024 initiated by the Mandal Executive Magistrate, Korisepadu, against the petitioner as well as unofficial respondents on 27.03.2024. 4. At that juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly contends that by recording the same, the writ petition may be closed. The written instructions dated 24.06.2024 of the Station House Officer, Korisapadu Police Station, Bapatla District, are placed on record. 5. Accordingly, by recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is closed.
