The Court had only directed the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation dated 02.07.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner expeditiously. 2. Since, the respondents have considered and decided the case/representation of the petitioner and passed an order on 13.05.2026, the mandate contained in the judgment has been fully complied with.
