Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 307/2025 for the offence registered under Section 96, 3 (5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, now said to have been pending in the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Sahibganj. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 09.09.2025. He submits that the petitioner has solemnized married with the victim, who is the daughter of the informant, on 31.08.2025 by registration for Nikah Registrar of Jharkhand Government and on call, when the petitioner went to the police station, he was arrested. 3. The impugned order reveals that the victim was 17 years of age and she has supported the case against the petitioner in her statement recorded under Section 180 and 183 of BNSS and clearly stated that the petitioner had kidnapped her and forcibly committed sexual intercourse with her. 4. Considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected. 5.
