The writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more fully one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Award of the 1st respondent passed in I.D.No.185/2002 dated 17-05-2005 in holding that the termination of the service of the petitioner is justified as illegal and arbitrary, and to consequently set aside the same in the light of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.41 of 2020 and W.A.No.42 of 2020…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.
Both the learned counsel agreed that the subject matter in this writ petition is covered by the common judgment of Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1268 of 2014 and Batch dated 20.03.2019, wherein the Industrial Disputes are remitted back for fresh consideration to the Industrial Tribunal. In view of the same, all the IDs including I.D.No.185 of 2002 were also reopened and they are pending before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal – cum – Labour Court at Hyderabad. 4. Recording the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their grievances before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal – cum – Labour Court at Hyderabad in pending I.D.No.185 of 2002, if necessary, by filing appropriate application in the said industrial dispute.
