Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. Since the function is scheduled to be held on 23.01.2026 for this year alone, permission is granted to the petitioner to celebrate the 130th Birth Anniversary of Freedom Fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at the said place from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon, subject to the following conditions: 1. The petitioner shall use photographs and accessories to fix the photographs, flowers and sweets. 2. Participation shall be restricted to 50 persons only. 3. No loudspeakers or sound amplification devices shall be used. 4. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not use Peedam 5. Accordingly, the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent, dated 22.01.2025 is hereby quashed and this Writ Petition is allowed.
