The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submitted that it is a case of jumped out of bail and hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases at Madurai.
