The instant CRMP has been filed with the following relief:- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the registration of FIR no.0358/21 against the petitioner on 12.08.2021 in Police Station Civil Lines, Raipur District Raipur the offences punishable under Sections 384 of the Indian Penal Code., in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 has pointed out that the charge-sheet in this case has been filed and the statement of the prosecution witnesses is being recorded. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the Respondent No.2, we do not find any good ground for quashing of the FIR bearing No.0358/21, registered at police station Civil Lines, Raipur District Raipur the offences punishable under Sections 384 of the Indian Penal Code, as the charge-sheet has been filed and the trial is in progress. 5.
