1. Heard Mr. Parth Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Saumya Rai, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the State/respondents.
2. The instant MCC has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the the order dated 31.01.2026 ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA Digitally signed by ROHIT KUMAR CHANDRA
2 passed in WP(Cr.) No. 7 of 2026, whereby the said writ petition was dismissed on the ground of non-joinder of party and imposed Rs. 10,000/- cost to be deposited within one week from the date of passing of the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- within a period of one week from the date of the order. However, the petitioner could not deposit Rs. 10,000/-within stipulated time, the said omission in depositing the cost amount was purely inadvertent and unintentional, he is ready and willing to deposit the cost amount of Rs. 10,000/- forthwith and undertakes to comply with the direction of this Hon'ble Court within such extended time as may be granted.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the instant MCC stands allowed. The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 10,000/- as ordered vide order dated 31.01.2026 passed in WPCR No. 7 of 2026 within a period of two days from today.
