Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on advance notice submits that the subject property has been booked and a show-cause notice has been issued on 15th May, 2026, in respect of the unauthorised construction of the subject property. 3. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of while directing the respondent/MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.
