The projected case of the petitioner is that private respondents have encroached over Government land comprised in Khewat No. 544 min, Khatauni No. 783 min, Khasra Nos. 134, 2466/135, 136, 138, 139, 140, 141 and 142 measuring 00-10-37 hectares, situated in Village Mawa Sindhian, Sub Tehsil Gagret at Kaloh, Tehsil Ghanari, District Una, H.P. The land is stated to be adjoining to the land owned by the petitioner. According to the petitioner, his several representations made to the official respondents for removal of the encroachment have not borne any result, hence, he has preferred this writ petition seeking directions to the respondents to take action against the private respondents in accordance with law. 4. Taking note of the grievances urged by the petitioner, in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No.3/4/Competent Authority to take appropriate call on the representations of the petitioner dated 21.01.2026 & 02.03.2026 (Annexures P-1 - 3 - & P-2), respectively, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from today.
