03/16.01.2026 The present contempt application has been filed against the O.P.No.2 alleging wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 6162/2024.
2. Leaned counsel for the O.P.No.2 submits that a reasoned order has already been passed by the O.P.No.2 in compliance of the aforesaid order of this Court.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner though accepts the said fact, however, he submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge the said order passed by the O.P.No.2 as his request for making entry in online Register-II with respect to the land in question has been rejected.
4. Considering the said submission of learned counsel for the O.P.No.2, there is no need to further proceed with the matter.
5. The contempt proceeding as against the O.P.No.2 is dropped.
6. The present contempt application stands disposed of.
7. The petitioner is however at liberty to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law against the said order passed by the O.P.No.2.
