No.9552 of 2026 is ordered subject to the payment of separate court fee. 2.This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to remove the remarks in the joint patta for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, i.e. ‘subject to the outcome of W.A. No. 2815 of 2023’. 3.The petitioners claim that since the land acquisition proceedings for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this petition, have been quashed, the remarks “subject to the outcome of W.A. No.2815 of 2023” in the joint patta No.6373 issued for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, has to be removed. In such circumstances, the petitioners had given a representation to the respondents on 21.11.2025 requesting them to remove the remarks “subject to the outcome of W.A. No.2815 of 2023”. No.2815 of 2023’ contained in the joint patta No.6373 issued for the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
