ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition is filed seeking appointment to the post of Village Revenue Officer. However, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner died and, in view of the same, reported that nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.
2. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
