GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.23629 of 2026 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "…..to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in non-disposal of the petitioner’s Appeal dated 26.08.2025, which is filed against the proceedings of the 4th respondent vide DO.No.666/A4/2025 (C.No.20075/H2/HGS/KNL/2025 dated 06.08.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s expeditely and to pass such other orders....." 2. The simple prayer in the present Writ Petition is to direct the 3rd respondent-appellate authority to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the removal order dated 06.08.2025 passed by the 4th respondent. 3. As the prayer is for disposal of the appeal, this Court is of the considered view that no purpose would be served in keeping the Writ Petition pending till filing of the counter affidavit. 4 4. With the consent of the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent-appellate authority to dispose of the appeal dated 26.08.2025 filed by the writ petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
