Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that since, the issue involved in the instant writ petition has been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Dauji Prasad & Ors. Vs. The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14614/2024) decided on 30.10.2025, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit representation. In view of limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit representation before the respondents and in case, after examining the representation, the respondents find that case of the petitioner is also covered by the judgments in the case of Dauji Prasad (supra) as well as Tara Chand Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8810/2014) decided on 25.01.2017, referred in the order dated 30.10.2025, then similar benefits shall be granted to the petitioner. 3. Necessary exercise shall be carried out within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
