The instant I.A. has been filed by the Applicant/Petitioner praying for impleadment of Er. K. Imnajungba Jamir, Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD, Nagaland as Respondent No. 7 in the connected COP(C)/20/2025. 3. Learned counsel for the Applicant/Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has filed the connected COP(C)/20/2025 and the same is pending disposal. During the pendency of the said COP(C)/20/2025, the Respondent No. 3, i.e., Er. P.I. Imna Ao has since retired from the post of Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD, Nagaland and the new incumbent is Er. K. Page No.# 4/4 Imnajungba Jamir. Accordingly, he prays that he may be allowed to implead the new incumbent as Respondent No. 7 in the connected COP(C)/20/2025 in the interest of justice. 4. Learned counsel, Ms. S. Chang appearing for the Respondent No. 3 in the instant application has no objection as the said respondent has already retired. 5. In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the instant application is allowed. 6. The Applicant/Petitioner shall file the amended Cause Title inserting the name of Er. K. Imnajungba Jamir, Engineer-in-Chief, NPWD, Nagaland as Respondent No. 7 in the connected COP(C)/20/2025, and thereafter, take steps for service on the newly impleaded Respondent No. 7 by Speed Post and usual process within 7 (seven) days. 7.
